SLS 3D printed parts can be post-processed by media tumbling and colouring.

Finishing Options

Media-Tumbling

After the media-tumbling, parts will have smoothened print slice traces and less sharp edges. The parts are left with an eggshell finish.

Dyeing & Colouring
  • Dyeing: Blue, Red, Black, Green colours
  • Spray Paint Colouring: Any colour, just add this as a custom finishing option in the Instant Quoting Engine
Food Grade Finishing

This finishing option assures its compliance with ISO 9001 Food Grade, and, as the result, these 3D prints can contact with food products. It is applicable with Nylon 12.

Bead Blasting
  • This process removes surface deposits by applying fine glass beads, without damaging the surface of the printed part.
