Refund Policy
At IFIA RIT INNOVATION & ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. RESEARCH & CONSULTANCY CO. L.L.C., we value our clients' satisfaction and strive to deliver top-quality services. However, if a client is dissatisfied, we follow a structured refund process designed to ensure fairness. This policy applies to all services provided under License No: 1385038 at No 301-Mashreq Building-Al Fahidi-Al Suq Al Kabeer-Dubai-United Arab Emirates. General Conditions for Refunds
1. No Refund After Project Start:
- Refunds are not available once work has commenced on any project or service. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review the scope and terms before confirming the project.
- Refunds may only be requested if the service has not yet begun, and the request must be made within 3 days of payment or contract initiation.
2. Customer Confirmation:
- The refund process will only be initiated upon written confirmation from the client indicating dissatisfaction or cancellation. No refunds will be granted after the project has started or once significant progress has been made.
3. Pre-Project Cancellation:
- Clients can request a refund only before the project starts, and after review, management will decide based on the nature of the project and any incurred costs (e.g., consultation, planning). Refunds in such cases will cover only those fees not already utilized in preparation or planning.
Service-Specific Refund Policies
1. Product Development (Technical Drawing, Electronic Design, Prototyping, MVP Development)
- Pre-Design Work:
- Full refunds are available if requested before any technical or design work begins.
- Once the design or prototyping work has started, no refunds will be considered, as these services involve time, material costs, and intellectual effort that are non-recoverable.
2. Branding & Media Services (Website Design, Digital Marketing, Video Production)
- Website Design:
- Refunds are only available if requested before significant work on wireframes or mockups.
- After development has started, no refunds will be issued.
- Digital Marketing:
- Once a campaign is initiated or third-party services have been paid for (such as ads), no refunds will be issued.
- Video Production:
- Refunds can only be considered before the production process begins. Once filming, editing, or related services are underway, no refunds will be provided.
3. Consulting Services
- Consulting Sessions:
- Refunds are available only for consulting contracts canceled before the first session. Once consultation has begun, no refunds will be offered for time already invested or sessions completed.
- Project Management:
- No refunds will be considered for project management services once the project timeline has commenced or management hours have been logged.
4. Workshops & Educational Services
- Workshop Cancellations:
- A full refund is provided only if a workshop is canceled by the company. Clients who cancel before the workshop’s scheduled start can request a refund if the cancellation is made at least 5 days prior.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows.
- Training Programs:
- Refunds are only available if a client withdraws from a program before the first session. After commencement, no refunds will be offered.
Platform-Specific Refund Policy: RIT-Engine
We offer a platform called RIT-Engine, which includes four payment plans. To ensure customer satisfaction, all users are required to test the free account before purchasing any of the paid plans. This allows users to assess the platform's suitability for their needs.
Please note that once a paid account has been purchased, no refunds will be issued. By proceeding with the purchase, users acknowledge that they have tested the platform through the free account and are satisfied with its features and functionality.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services and fees are non-refundable:
- Custom Designs: Completed and delivered product designs, once approved by the client, are non-refundable.
- Third-Party Charges: Fees paid to external vendors (e.g., licensing, ads, hosting) are non-refundable once those services are procured.
- Client-Caused Delays: Refunds will not be considered for delays caused by the client’s lack of communication, late approvals, or failure to provide necessary information.
Refund Request Procedure
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@RIThub.org with detailed reasons for the request and supporting evidence, if applicable.
- All requests will be reviewed within 7-10 business days, and decisions will be communicated to the client.
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 14 business days of approval, using the original payment method.
Legal Disclaimer and Dispute Resolution
1. Force Majeure: Refunds will not be issued for delays or disruptions caused by external factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding refunds will be handled under the jurisdiction of Dubai courts and in accordance with applicable Dubai laws.
