This course, which was held under the supervision of RIT professionals and taught by Mr. Masoud Shafaghi, Executive Director and Strategic Planning Manager of the International Federation of Inventors (IFIA), Ms. Dr. Shafaghi, a member of the Organ Transplantation Research Center of Masih Daneshvari Hospital of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, and Ms. Ghorbani, a member of the Lung Research Center of Masih Daneshvari Hospital of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, successfully attracted the attention of various academic disciplines.
This five-day course comprehensively and step-by-step covered the entire process of writing a scientific article from beginning to end. Participants were introduced to cutting-edge AI tools that enhance the article writing process, such as Consensus, Elicit, ChatGPT, and other platforms based on the latest global technologies. The main objective of this course was to facilitate the scientific article writing process and improve research quality by utilizing the latest advancements in artificial intelligence. Participants learned everything from the initial stage of searching for credible sources and analyzing data to writing the final article and submitting it to prestigious international journals, gaining hands-on experience with the challenges and opportunities along the way.
One of the key tools highlighted in this course was Consensus. This artificial intelligence tool helps researchers quickly access valid and evidence-based scientific results. Using advanced algorithms, Consensus reviews thousands of scientific articles and extracts results relevant to the user’s research question. This course was attended by more than 25 individuals from various academic fields, including civil engineering, business management, medicine, paramedical sciences, and other related disciplines.
